<p>Practicing Tai Chi is not merely a swing of the arm and the movement of the feet. Every movement and style is done for a specific reason. These concepts paved the way to building every form of Tai Chi. You need to pay attention to everything because all are important, no matter how basic.</p>
<p>Below are ten concepts of Tai Chi that are of greatest importance. Keep this in mind and you&#8217;ll appreciate the other forms better.</p>
<p>Tai Chi is done with emphasis on every movement and the fashion of every pattern must be in connected with one another. That is to say movements always start at the spine, down to the waist, legs, and feet, and then up to the arms, hands, and fingers.</p>
<p>Shoulders should never be raised so you can be tension-free. Propped shoulders bring much tension.</p>
<p>When you do the Cheng form, keep your wrists straight to form a lady&#8217;s hand. The lady&#8217;s hand is a very basic trait of Cheng form and is used to enhance your energy flow.</p>
<p>Moving slowly should always be done every step of the way. Slow movements are needed for you to connect better with your environment.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t be distracted. You should always stay connected with every instruction. If you do get disconnected, just continue doing the movements and try to listen carefully so you&#8217;ll be able to concentrate.</p>
<p>Bent knees are a must. You can&#8217;t bend, unbend, and bend again. There might be just a few exceptions, but you really should maintain your height most of the time.</p>
<p>The power of Tai Chi travels differently from the movement of Tai Chi. Power will travel from your lower extremities to your upper body and extremities.</p>
<p>Your head must be maintained as if it was suspended on air.</p>
<p>You should depress your chest and raise your back without any force.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t exert force when you breathe and focus on your dan-tien. As you go on, you&#8217;ll learn how to match breathing with actions, which is a great accomplishment.</p>

<p>You may face a lot of physical and mental stress after sustaining a sports injury. After the doctors put everything back in place, the rest of the healing process is up to you. Rest as long as you need to make sure you&#8217;re fully healed. If it&#8217;s safe to do light exercises, doing so will help with the mental part of your recovery. You will be making the most of the healing process if you give your body the time it needs to get better.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s important to be able to tell the difference between chronic pain and simply being sore. Figuring both of these out can take some time, but soreness will usually peak, then improve. Because muscle soreness is typically temporary, don&#8217;t rush to make a doctor&#8217;s appointment. If the soreness lasts more than a week, then you should contact your doctor. Many physical therapists are trained about the psychological aspects of the healing process. You will be able to get reassurances for all of your concerns. Unloading a little to someone who understands can help you with the stress related being injured.</p>

<p>Being vegan or vegetarians should not be an issue for aspiring musclebuilders as long as you eat right. If you eat dairy and eggs, eat a lot of it. It is possible to build muscle, but it won&#8217;t be as fast as if you were eating meat, since red meat raises testosterone that&#8217;s needed to build muscle.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s still extremely important to keep yourself motivated enough to maintain your high determination to achieve results. Measure your body fat percentage, take pictures every few weeks and do blood tests to check up on your health. Keep a journal so you know your stats and weigh yourself once a week just to keep track.</p>
